Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Once approved:

• Refunds via bank transfer will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Cash on Delivery refunds will be returned via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash to the customer’s provided account.

ATM International does not offer refunds on shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

Warranty & Defective Products

All products sold by ATM International are quality-checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
